What is the Younique 2021 Incentive Trip?
​The Younique 2021 Incentive Trip is an opportunity for qualifying Younique Presenters to relax and enjoy time with the Y-Family as a reward for their hard work.

This year, those who earn the Incentive Trip will enjoy a four-night stay at the all-inclusive Barceló Maya Grand Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, on January 25–29, 2021. Qualifying Younique Presenters and their plus-ones can enjoy time at the resort, which includes beautiful beaches, signature amenities, luxurious accommodations, world-class dining, and more.

Who is eligible to earn the 2021 Incentive Trip?
All active Younique Presenters are eligible to earn the 30,000 Incentive Trip points required to go on the Incentive Trip.

What are the dates and destinations of the 2021 Incentive Trip?
Dates: January 25–29, 2021

Who can go on the 2021 Incentive Trip?
​All active Younique Presenters who earn 30,000 Incentive Trip points during the qualification period can attend the Incentive Trip. Learn more in the “Qualifying for the Incentive Trip” portion of the FAQ.
 
What is the qualification period?
The qualification period begins April 1, 2020, at midnight PDT and ends September 30, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

How can I track my points?
On April 1, 2020, we will provide you with a tracker in your Back Office. Sponsoring and PRS points will be tracked in real time. Paid-as Status points will be shown after compliance checks have been made (by the 8th of the following month). For example, your Paid-as Status points from April will be available around May 8, 2020.
 

QUALIFYING FOR THE INCENTIVE TRIP

How can I earn the 30,000 Incentive Trip points required to qualify for the trip?
You can earn the needed 30,000 Incentive Trip points through any combination of the following qualifiers:

• PRS

• Paid-as Status

• Sponsorships

Please note that we will not be offering monthly bonus points earning opportunities this year. All of the earning opportunities are provided up front.

Personal Retail Sales Points
For every 1 PRS earned throughout the six-month qualification period, you earn 1 Incentive Trip point.

Paid-as Status Points
Each month you can earn the following points for your Paid-as Status:

• Pink Status = 2,000 Incentive Trip points

• Blue Status = 2,500 Incentive Trip points

• Green Status = 3,000 Incentive Trip points

• Orange Status = 3,500 Incentive Trip points

• Purple Status = 4,000 Incentive Trip points

• Black Status (including Levels 1–3) = 4,500 Incentive Trip points

Paid-as Status points are not cumulative and will depend upon your Paid-as Status for each month of the qualifying period. For example, if you are a Purple Status Younique Presenter who is paid as Orange Status in April 2019, you will earn 3,500 Incentive Trip points for April.

Sponsorship Points
Earn 500 Incentive Trip points for each new Younique Presenter you sponsor during the six-month qualification period.

Are the point requirements different across the different markets?
No. The required points are the same across all markets.

Can Younique Presenters in all markets earn the Incentive Trip?
Of course! We are a global company, so active Younique Presenters in all markets are eligible to earn the 2021 Incentive Trip.
 

ABOUT THE INCENTIVE TRIP REWARDS

What are the rewards provided at each point level?

• 15,000 Incentive Trip points—A Younique luggage tag (Congrats! You’re halfway there!)

• 30,000 Incentive Trip points—A special invitation to the Incentive Trip that includes a cinch makeup bag, a visor headband, and an Incentive Trip charm

• 45,000 Incentive Trip points—A Younique gimbal, a handheld device that will help stabilize your phone, to help you level up your videos

How do I receive my Younique luggage tag?

How do I receive my special invitation to the Incentive Trip?

Do I earn all four rewards if I received 45,000 Incentive Trip points?
Yes. You will receive the rewards for all prize levels at and below the number of Incentive Trip points you earned by the time the qualification period closes. 

What are the rewards for top earners?
The top 25 point earners will get to stay in a swim-up junior suite at the Barceló Maya Grand Resort.

What is the Incentive Trip travel credit?
For the first time ever, we’re offering a travel credit to top Incentive Trip point earners in each market. This credit can be used to offset costs you incur while traveling.

How do I earn the new travel credit?
A travel credit of $500 USD will go to the highest point earner in each market group as follows:

• Australia and New Zealand

• UK and Ireland

• France and Belgium

• Germany

• Austria and the Netherlands

• Spain and Portugal

• Mexico and U.S. Latina

• Italy

• Canada

• U.S.

The next top five point-earning Presenters (places 2–6) per market group will receive a $250 USD credit.

Please note that in order to receive these credits, top earners must be in attendance at the Incentive Trip. The credits will not be dispersed until the earners check in at the resort.

When will I receive the travel credit?
Travel credits will be paid upon the qualifying Presenter checking into the resort in Mexico. These credits should process to your PayQuicker account within 5–7 business days.

Do I get the travel credit if I am the top point earner but cannot attend the Incentive Trip?
No. In order to receive this credit, you must attend the Incentive Trip in addition to meeting the qualifications explained above.

Can I give the travel credit to another Presenter?
Incentive Trip rewards, including the travel credit, are non-transferable.   What is included in the 2021 Incentive Trip? Those who earn the 2021 Incentive Trip will receive a four-night stay at the all-inclusive Barceló Maya Grand Resort in a room for two—the Younique Presenter and a plus-one. Also on the trip will be Younique Founder and CEO Derek Maxfield and Co-founder and Chief Visionary Officer Melanie Huscroft.

Get ready for a fun week with your Y-Family and enjoy:

• 7 swimming pools, including special shallow area for children, waterparks with slides, semi-Olympic pools, and pools for adults

• Delicious cuisine at 16 onsite restaurants

• The NEW U-Spa Wellness & Fitness Centre equipped with (but not limited to) saunas, steam rooms, tropical and bi-thermal showers, dynamic pool, and immersion pools

• Walking access to beautiful beaches

• Daytime and evening entertainment with activities for all ages

Please note that Younique will not provide travel or meals before and after the resort stay. Attendees will be responsible for their own airfare, transportation, and any other expenses occurred traveling to and from the resort.  

Am I guaranteed a spot on the trip if I earn the Incentive Trip?
Qualifying for the trip does not guarantee your spot. The only way to guarantee your spot is to register for the trip when registration opens in October.

How and when will I be notified if I qualify?
You will receive an email letting you know you have qualified for the trip as soon as you’ve reached 30,000 Incentive Trip points. You will receive an email with details about how to register as well as an email to register as soon as registration opens. Your email will include details about how to register as soon as registration opens. Completing all steps of the registration process is the only way to guarantee your spot on the trip.

How do I know when to register?
If you’ve qualified, you will receive an email prior to registration launching with all the details on how to get registered for the event.
